I love this guy’s spirit!  Matt Cutts, computer scientist and (bad) novelist, created a habit of making life changes in 30 day increments.  Maybe he’ll inspire you to do the same.  Incidentally, Matt may have stumbled upon the secret to happy marriage, read it about it on his blog.
